Lisbon has a fleet of 600 buses and 146 different routes. Lisbon’s bright yellow buses are cheap, quick and efficient. Like the city’s trams and elevadors, they are operated by Carris. Buses in Lisbon run from around 5 am-1 am with 8 night bus services including the route from Marques Pombal metro station to Estacao Fluvial Belem via Cais do Sodre.

Route 754 leaves right outside Campo Pequeno, and the stop is named Alfragide.

Trams are a vital part of Lisbon’s public transport network, and cover many areas of the city where there is no access to the metro. There are two distinct types of trams, the historic “Remodelado” trams or the modern Siemens “Articulado” trams.

The Remodelado trams are the quaint yellow trams that rattle and screech through the narrow streets of Lisbon. The most scenic route is the 28 E, which crosses the Alfama district, and riding it is a highly recommended tourist activity.

The Campo Pequeno metro station is 5 minute’s walk from the development. The station is part of Lisbon’s metro yellow line, and can connect travellers to all parts of the city within minutes. Operating very regularly, using the metro station is one of the quickest ways to travel around Lisbon.

Using the #1 Aerobus which runs to the city center and connects to Campo Pequeno, Saldanha, Picoas, Marques de Pombal, Avenida da Liberdade, Restauradores and Rossio, travellers can get to and from Lisbon Portela airport every 20 minutes daily from 8 am to 9 pm.

The journey takes approximately 30 minutes from the Airport to Rossio and about 35 minutes in the other direction.
